How to access services.

Referral Process

1. Contact Bene Aged Care on 8131 2000

Bene will help with My Aged Care by asking them to contact you.

2. My Aged Care Assessment

My Aged Care will contact you by phone to discuss your needs and services that best fit you and your situation. This will include a phone screening and a face to face assessment in your home, if required.

3. Ask for Bene Aged Care

If you would like Bene Aged Care to provide your service, simply tell the assessor and they will contact us to start arrangements or if you are given a referral code, call us back on 8131 2000.

4. Book your service

Bene Aged Care will then contact you to discuss when you would like the service delivered.

Rest assured, Bene will remain in touch with you throughout this process to provide any support you may need. 
If you have any questions, contact us on 8131 2000. 

Telephone Bene on 8424 6000. Referrals can be made by self, carers, service providers, doctors, family members and friends.
