Voluntary Assisted Dying
At Bene, we recognise and respect each person’s right to make informed decisions about their end-of-life care, including access to Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) where it is legally available. While we do not initiate or manage VAD, we support individuals in understanding their rights and accessing appropriate care in line with their values and preferences.

Surveillance Technology
At Bene, we are committed to providing care that respects the dignity, privacy and autonomy of every individual. While surveillance technology is used in public areas to support safety, its use in private rooms is carefully limited and guided by strict ethical, legal and personal considerations.
